* Be open to all municipalities in the country, freely and openly.
* Each municipality may submit up to three (3) experiences that are being effectively implemented, with at least one year of implementation and to evaluate results, should be clarified if it were presented above and in that year.
* Presentations will be made through the form.

RECOGNITION OF GOOD MUNICIPAL
2011 * Be open to all municipalities in the country, freely and openly.
* Each municipality may submit up to three (3) experiences that are being effectively implemented, with at least one year of implementation and to evaluate results, should be clarified if it were presented above and in that year.
* Presentations will be made through the form.
* Each submission must be endorsed by the highest municipal authority.
* There will be five categories:
1) municipalities with more than one hundred thousand inhabitants,
2) municipalities between fifty thousand and one hundred thousand inhabitants,
3) municipalities between fifteen thousand and fifty thousand inhabitants,
4) municipalities of the five thousand and fifteen thousand, and
5) Municipalities with less than five thousand inhabitants.

projects selected in the field of intermunicipal cooperation.
* The evaluation criteria will be innovation, replicability , possibility of transfer of the methodology used, efficiency of resources, use of alternative financing mechanisms, improved municipal management capacity from the project, potential time sustainability of achievements, local community empowerment, participation of various local government areas, level of participation an interdisciplinary team project implementation , use of monitoring and evaluation mechanisms, promotion of leadership skills and level of participation .
* Through the fulfillment of these criteria, the experience must meet the following objectives:
